Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is provided by Nasdif, LLC (d.b.a. DonutDate) and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It applies specifically to residents of Washington and Nevada, in accordance with their respective state laws governing consumer health data.

1. Collection and Use of Consumer Health Data

DonutDate is a social connection platform focused on fun, food, and shared experiences—not health or medical services. We do not knowingly collect “consumer health data” as defined under Washington’s My Health My Data Act or similar state laws. We do not use any information you provide to make inferences about your physical or mental health condition.

However, due to broad definitions in some jurisdictions, certain data voluntarily shared by users—such as profile preferences, lifestyle choices, or community interactions—may be interpreted as “consumer health data.” If that is the case, we treat such data with the same safeguards and privacy considerations as other sensitive information.

We use any such data solely to operate and improve the DonutDate platform, provide interactive features, enhance member experiences, personalize interactions, ensure platform integrity, and support community safety.

2. Sharing and Disclosure of Consumer Health Data

If any data we collect is categorized as “consumer health data” under applicable law, we may disclose it only under the following conditions:

  • With Other Users: Any information you voluntarily share—such as on your profile, in chats, or during interactive features—may be visible to other members of DonutDate.
  • With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating and maintaining our services, including hosting providers, customer support tools, security systems, analytics partners, and moderation teams.
  • With Affiliates: We may share information with DonutDate-affiliated companies for business operations such as fraud prevention, compliance, and infrastructure support.
  • During Business Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, bankruptcy, or restructuring, we may transfer your data as part of that transaction, in accordance with legal requirements.
  • For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies to:
    • Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
    • Prevent, detect, or investigate criminal activity
    • Protect the safety of users or the public
    • Enforce our Terms of Service or defend our legal rights

3. Your Rights

Residents of Washington and Nevada may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are collecting or sharing consumer health data
  • Request access to any consumer health data we may have about you
  • Request deletion of such data
